In 2002 Dr. Gluss created the KeyLight Company, a consultation and seminar firm for the entertainment business.   Dr. Gluss has worked on many films, television and theatrical projects aiding writers, actors, producers and directors in mastering their creative processes through consultations, coaching and seminars.  

 

In 2006, as an extention of working with Entertainment Executives and Artists, Dr. Gluss created DAIS – A Platform of Executive Coaching to the Business World.   DAIS offers business seminars on Financial Psychology, Executive Coaching, Leadership Training and Organizational Development.
